♪ ...smoke two joints in the morning... ♪as i saw in another thread someone is having an issue with cookies. i don't know if my issue is similar or not.
i am using FF3, whatever the latest update was. Vista Home Premium.
i can only log in after clearing all my private data. i have to do this almost every time to log in. funny thing is, i can't just clear cookies, i have to clear offline website data as well to get in.
when i first had the problem it was when they were adding the footer and everyone had problems, but mine didn't go away. i was using kaspersky 2010 at the time, which was the only recent change to my software collection. i found that when i deleted kaspersky [full uninstall], everything went back to normal for a week or so, but now it's acting up again. i was talking to someone else that is using the same thing and they've never had problems with it.
so something on my computer is blocking access to the html/image/java part of gaia. we managed to figure that out in the Bug forum.
i noticed yesterday when i tried to log in that it was half normal half text, like it had only blocked a part of it so far, but every time i went back it blocked more until it was text only.
i'm 99% sure i don't have any viruses. been scanning with windows defender and spybot steady.
to be honest it could be my router, the goddamn thing has been trouble since day 1. just got a new linksys wireless n a couple months ago.
