[NPC] Jet & Cygnus
Hello, everyone! Why am I wearing a little tie? Well besides the fact that it looks almost unbearably adorable, it's because I'm attending a concert later this evening! And I have to look snazzy for it, you know? Especially since I'm the one putting it on! Don't worry, I'm not going to be singing. I'll leave that task to our two lovely starlets:
Radiant Omen and Subtle Bianca are both capable of singing in perfect harmony in one another! Their styles of dress may be a little different, sure. Omen is all about lavish opulence, whereas Bianca dresses to enhance her cuteness -- but their voices go wonderfully together! If you'd like to see them perform, simply drop by La Victoire before August 29th, 9:59 AM PST. I'm sure they'll be warming up for their show, but I doubt they'll mind talking to you about their fashionable clothes! See you 'round soon!
