Creating a video game with RMXP - Need help.

Ok so first I want to tell you all that there is no immediate storyline, so I won't need any people on that. However, it will be run on side-quests, so I do need people on writing side-quests.

If you know how to use RMXP, beginner or pro, I need as many people on this project as possible. I need, at this moment:

Spriters
Mappers
Pixel-Artists (For Tilesets)
Events
Writers (For NPC Dialogue, Events)
Voice Actors (For some dialogue; Won't need them until the events are done)

The genre is fantasy. The video game genre is Fantasy RPG/Simulation.
