I know what he did was wrong.
But don't people make mistakes all the time?
I mean, that's part of being human.
All of us should not hate Chris Brown or Rihanna because we don't know the whole story.
So, please don't post in this thread and say "I hate Chris Brown!" or "I hate Rihanna!"
This thread is for those who still love and forgive Chris Brown.
Personal life and music career are two different things.
And I personally don't want Chris Brown to disappear in the music industry.
I also think that Chris Brown will learn from his mistake.
The most important thing he will learn from this, is to never do that same mistake again,
And to also inspire younger kids that hitting a woman is wrong.

Chris Brown has apologized over the alleged incident involving an attack on his girlfriend Rihanna. Though Brown didn’t exactly say what he was sorry for, he issued this statement: "Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired." He added that most of what has been reported in the media is wrong, but didn't set the record straight due to legal constraints. He said that he’s getting guidance from his pastor and family. Brown was arrested on February 8 over for making criminal threats.

Nothing could go as low as hitting a girl. At first I respected him and listened to his music but he went for an all time low. It doesn't matter how angry you get it shouldn't come down to hitting a girl. Low!!!

Yes, I think you guys are right.
But nobody's perfect.
When you're in a heated argument, obviously you'd feel like hurting someone.
Its just part of being human.

I want to point out, that if anyone still loves Chris Brown. Just know I don't believe it's okay to condone his behavior.

What he did was wrong.

I've lost every ounce of respect I had for Chris Brown.

I know he is human and sometime people treat Celebrities like they are a whole other species. It's like we are watching an Animal Documentary and explaining how these "celebrities" act in the forest of “Hollywood.”

Anyways, I just thought I’d point that out. I hope that no one condones that behavior but, heck I have to realize that this is the real world, and people out there just might think violence is acceptable.

I listened to his records and junk, but after what he did to Rihana...no....it isn't going to fly anymore.

I never liked his music to begin with anyway. : P Load of rubbish if you ask me. Now, say if someone like Billy Joel did this, I'd still listen to his music.

Regardless of all that jazz what he did was horrible. I understand why he was angry but that doesn't give him the right to beat the everloving Hell out of her. Saying sorry doesn't automatically make everything all better in situations like this.
