Win8.1 has no Skydrive?

So I "upgraded" to Win8.1 and my Skydrive on my desktop/folders is gone... how can I get that back?!

You should be able to find it in the old Windows Folder if you "Upgraded" and not do a fresh install.

If its not there any more you should be able to down load it from the Microsoft site for free. Windows 8.1 might have it per-installed though so check to see if that's the case

I cannot find it there.

But then Windows DID promise that only apps would get deleted and personal files would be saved, but all of my program files are gone... >.>
