and that is what I am saying, MAY isn't have to or can't. But based on reading that lincense I see no way you can actually force Lanzer to hand over the gold as the lincense doesn't actually say within it that you have to and therefore you can't force him too, after all I am pretty sure Linux is on GPL but you can't force Lindows to turn over there whole source code can you.

Lindows/Linspire must turn over their source code for the GPL'd parts of Linspire.

Yeah but then I suppose o.o... it doesn't say they are modified... ah wells, it doesn't matter really I suppose, just ask, lanzer probably knows all about the linsences anyways, so if anybody he would know what is and isn't legally allowed kinda stuff.
