cant claim starseed!!!!

I'm having the same problem. It's going to get really annoying if they don't fix it soon. I sent them a ticket on FB but I don't think they'll have the time to reply.

I seems to unable to claim my daily starseed. each time i press it will not add up and the moment i refresh page the claim button will appear again. please fix it. Many of my friends too facing different problems. some cant receive gift, some met premium moga in the wild, seems like this is getting out of control. there are more and more bugs everyday!!

My friend able to meet frostfang in the wild, knives.
and i been meeting pvp tamer with mercykiller lvl 20 which i think is not possible. is been a very long event back then.
and gravedigger, i already met 4 gravedigger within 2 days which i hardly meet one last time.

Unfortunately this is a known issue. The Developers are actively working on the issue, but currently there is no time line as to when it will be resolved, but it is a priority issue.

Heya tamers. Sorry for the mixup, Starseeds can once again be claimed every eight hours. We have no intention of changing this to 24 hours. All players are encouraged to go to the Facebook fanpage to claim five free Starseeds.
