(Unresolved) Missing item(s) in my inventory.

I'm only aware of one item missing from my inventory, L'histoire de Mephiste 2nd Gen, and I had purchased it a while ago in the Marketplace, but it didn't show in my inventory and I didn't think too much about it at the time because I thought -I- had made an error. I went to check it out in the cash shop though, thinking about buying it outright, and it says I already own it. Not in my inventory, my store listing history, my sold items, haven't gifted it (and I would think if I sold or gifted it or otherwise got rid of it, it would no longer show that I already own it). I would really like this item, can anyone help us??
