Unlocked achievments not showing

I have completed many achievements, megathread being the last one, but I'm not receiving the option to complete any more. I have not unlocked firestarter, threadmaster or inquisitor although it seems like I should have.

Ultimate player only shows as unlocked when I hover over the achievement arrow, but not when I go to the achievement page.

I've also received many achievements twice, they don't show up that way, but I've had the congratulations thing pop up multiple times for certain things.

Please direct me to the proper thread for information or let me know where else I can voice this concern.

You need to complete Conversationalist before the others you mentioned unlock.
