Tier Rewards

I normally use google chrome and recently used paypal to purchase gcash and spent it in the cash shop. The tiered rewards are not showing the purchase of any cash or it's expenditure leaving me with 0 points towards rewards regardless of me having fulfilled the necessary requirements to at least get one reward. It does not show me having gained any rewards on any computer I have tried with various internet browsers. Hopefully this will be fixed before the event ends.
