last time they had that error they only gave a link that only gave grants to those that met the requirements why dont they do that now

I'm in the "didn't receive anything at all" boat on three accounts where I definitely logged in and redeemed all the calendar items. (One for me, one for an animal account, and one for a lazy friend who never logs in but wanted the March >_____> ).

Hoping this gets sorted out - it looked like such a cute item!

Ugh I've been having a bad few days on Gaia recently, been suffering from the MP glitch and now not getting my Santa March.
