Ivory + Onyx Marionette Bundle in Cash Shop

I've recently returned to Gaiaonline and have been trying to purchase the aforementioned item at Cash Shop but it seems to be unavailable. I'm wondering if it's because of a glitch or if it was simply so popular it sold out quickly.

Unavailable in what way? Can you see it in the Cash Shop, or is it simply not there at all?

I clicked purchase and the transaction wouldn't go through. I tried gifting it and topped up my cash in case it was something to do with that but to no avail. :/

I'm guessing it's telling you that you've bought it, but the Cash doesn't get removed and the item doesn't get granted? It's happened to me in the past.

It could be lag, but if nothing happens in a few hours, try sending a ticket.

If you've put Gaia Cash on your account for that particular item, and the item gets removed before you can purchase it, they will usually fix that for you as well, as it was an error on their part.

Or wait a few hours. Hopefully the sale doesn't go out before then. I bought GC just for this sale :c
