ignore list auto adding people?

So I looked into the history of this, and it doesn't look like it has ever been fixed. And it has been reported on both sides of the fence.
For some reason the ignore list is auto adding people to it. Most noticeable when it comes to friends. They will be on the friend list then one day be on the ignore list. Being typically friends they get around this and re-add each other. Now I made a mule account and already saw it was put on the ignore list of someone. Brand new account and already on the ignore without even making a post or giving any knowledge of what the account would be named. This isn't the first time I've seen this weird bug, but the first time I am seeing it effect a brand new mule account.

Hopefully I am not the only one noticing this is still a problem.

It seems like a rare bug. I saw threads when looking it up, but it just isn't common, but happens. I think it has something to do with the servers than probably handle remembering which uses are friends with who.
