I have some expensive items in my house I want to sell, unfortunately I'm unable to take them out. I was wondering if anyone can help me with my problem. Is there a way to take the items out, or did I lose out on those items?

Go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site, scroll down and click on the Customer Support link on that page, pick General Account Inquiry as the Subject, Account Status as the Topic/Issues With Items/Gold.
