can't send a message from the same form twice

To prevent double-posting, I'm sure, but..........

Usually when it says that, the message wasn't sent at all and I've hit the back button to try to resend it, and I end up having to retype it or forget it. Only once (maybe twice) has it actually prevented me from double-posting accidentally.

Yeah, that happens to me often too. And then when I try to go back to resend it, it tells me that I have to wait between posts...but nothing actually posted. It's annoying.
