Gaia's been having some issues lately (users not able to log in, servers being slow etc), so it could be related to that.

ever since gaia has been DDOS ed it has been an issue im still not sure all there problems are fixed but its not just the search box i have also noticed many rooms super laggy still so i think its related to the DDOS that gaia experienced
