The Tale
-------------
From its surface during the light of day the Dream Land seems a barren place, a dustbowl of a volcanic crater. But by night everything changes as grasses in wondrous shades and a variety of other vegetation blooms by the light of the stars and moon. Other life surfaces from the the caverns that ring the crater and from burrows within the ground.

Among those emerging into this surreal landscape are the Faeyori, creatures of great beauty and grace they are perfectly suited to the exotic surroundings. But like all such beauty it is a fragile thing. Their dwellings within the ground are becoming crowded and the larger more deadly residents of the crater compete with the Faeyori for space. Some of the younger members of the community have begun to venture beyond the crater hoping to find help from those that live on the outside,the day dwellers. Perhaps there is another place they can extend their community, a less dangerous place to call home?

Overall Rules
-------------------

*Follow the T.O.S. as well as thread rules.
*Do not start fights, flame, steal, etc. Bad behavior, theft and spamming will not be tolerated.
*Respect staff members at all times. If this rule is broken three times by the same person, that person will be black-listed. No exceptions.
*Use proper grammar! Text chat is not appreciated.
*Never cancel a trade. Doing so will result in a ban from whatever activity the trade was from. Only cancel a trade when told okay to do so.
*Trades must be sent with 24 hours. Trades must also be titled correctly.
*Do not discourage others so you may get the pet of your choice.
*The Faeyori are NOT to be role played with pets from other shops nor are other shop pets allowed to be role played here. They are from different worlds and thus shouldn't meet.
*If rules are not posted in this post, please check the corresponding post in the thread for any rules on the event in question. Thank you!

Flat Sale Rules
---------------------

*First come, first served. Flat-sales are speed based.
*Proxying is allowed. However, if you are proxying for someone, you cannot enter for yourself.
*Can only buy one pet per flat sale.
*Send the trade once purchase is approved.
*Label trade title: "FS Pet # __" Number of the pet in the blank.
*If you want accessories or a hairstyle (non haired Faeyori only) please post so when posting in the naming thread. Be sure to send the correct trade.

Auction Rules
--------------------

*Only bid with what you currently have; otherwise actions will not be tolerated.
*Items are taken at lowest tektek value. Store items are priced at sell back value. It is not wise to bid only in items due to changes in value.
*There will always be an anti-snipe guard of 10 minutes before the end. If no ending time is posted, the auction will go until 12 midnight and the winner will be announced the following day.
*Label trade title "____ Auction" Name of the auction in the blank.

Raffle Rules
-------------------

*You may buy tickets for yourself and friends.
*There are no limits on how many tickets you can buy.
*Upon winning the pet, please do not take a long time to send pet information, it is not appreciated.
* If there is more than one raffle going simultaneously, please indicate which raffle the gold is for when labeling trades.

How many Faeyori can we own?
As many as you'd like! We don't have any limitations as to the amount you may own.

Can I have one for free?
There are times when we give away freebies during events or just around the thread but don't go asking for one.

May I sell my pet to my friend?
Absolutely not! If you no longer want your Faeyori please let us know and we will find a nice home for them.

Are these role playing required?
No. However they are role playing encouraged. You will get special benefits during breeding if you role play your Faeyori. Also we will be more prone to give you freebies if you do.

Are these activity required?
Cosplays are activity required. You must post at least a few times every two months. If we find that you have vanished completely you will no longer be eligible to get cosplays again in the shop.

Those who are going on a hiatus should PM the mule stating when your hiatus will be to.

The only exception to this rule is pet trades. As a result Acy will be very picky at times when it comes to these. But don't be afraid to ask!

Nightmare Styles?
Nightmare Styles is a shop where you can get clothing and hair for your non-edited Faeyori. Faeyori found on the older certs cannot get newer hairstyles. For now clothing will be allowed for them but we'll see how that goes.

More will be added later.

Background
-------------------
The Faeyori uphold beauty and grace above all else. Not all of them are arrogant or narcissistic, their personalities range depending on who you meet as well as their standards of beauty. Each Faeyori is different and they do not judge by outer appearance as ironic as that may seem. While some use appearance to help judge their mating partner, most look at the beauty of the other's soul. They have learned from the humans' harmful ways that outer beauty isn't exactly everything.

Appearance
-------------------
Their feathers are smooth and fluffy to the touch. They keep them clean so the pigment shines in the radiant moonlight. Many have markings that accent their eyes and lips, mimicking that of eyeshadow and lipstick. While some have chosen to hide this trait, it is highly common amongst their kind.

They have small horns on top of their heads which cannot be used for weapons. As some like to say they have become merely decoration over time.

Wings have been recorded to exist on these lovely creatures however such a feat is rare. There are other mutations out there but they're awaiting to be discovered.

Mating
-------------------
The Faeyori are flirtatious creatures but upon finding the "right one" they will settle down. By settling down they have decided to become soul mates with that one Faeyori and no other. The species have adapted in such a way that it doesn't matter what gender the couple is - they can have children. For further information on breeding, please see the corresponding section.

-Colorist's Will: Colors and design chosen by colorist. 10-14k
-Semi Custom: 3 Colors chosen by buyer, colorist decides designs. 15-25k
-Full Custom: Buyer gives reference images to base colors and design from. 30-60k

*Accessories are additional fees. Hair styles are free unless if you are getting a custom order.

Line-art Edits

-Simple Clothes: Jeans, shirt, simple, comfy. 10k
-Medium Clothes: Semi-complex, designs on fabric itself, etc. 20k
-Complex Clothes: Snazzy buttons, frilly ribbons, lace, etc. 30-45k

-Simple Hairstyle: 5k
-Complex Hairstyle: 10-15k
*Add 10k to the total of your lineart edit price. This is for the coloring cost.

Example: Simple Clothes; 10k + 10k = 20k / Medium Clothes; 20k + 10k = 30k / Complex Clothes; 30k + 10k = 40k

*Nightmare Styles accessories and hairstyles are not eligible for these types of customs as you are choosing/making your own. ;3

*Don't try to pass off cosplays as original characters.

You are not to use anything from Nightmare Styles on your OC. These are made from scratch.

If there is more than one price listed for an item this means it varies upon difficulty. Your best bet with original characters and cosplays would be to start up a quest thread as stated before so you will know what payment will be needed.

Faeyori usually plan to have children with their life mate, however, there sometimes are exceptions to the rule prior to life mating. Some Faeyori, just like humans, go through a few different mates before finding Mister or Misses Right. Sometimes their life mate no longer shows up or something happens between the owners and they search for a new one. Whatever the situation is... it happens. Life isn't perfect and the Faeyori understand this and as a result try to take breeding seriously - for their children's sake.

*Non Edited means the Faeyori has no edits to it. Stock hairstyles and clothing fall under this category.
*Edited means the Faeyori has edits or customized clothing. Stock hairstyles and clothing do not fall under this category. Edits will be shown on the adult stage only.

Please read this post carefully as there are differences between each breeding.

Non Role Played Couples
-------------------
Random flings or couples that haven't been role played fall under this category. The most feathers you will get from the breeding are two. If both Faeyori are owned by you a random number will be generated from one to two and whatever number you get is how many children you get. If the Faeyori are owned by two separate owners then you will always get two feathers.

If the Faeyori are owned by two separate owners then you will get four feathers.

*If the owner of the other Faeyori goes missing for 6 months or longer, you have the right to call off the life mating. Also if some conflict happens between both owners you may call off the life mating as well. One or both owners must PM the mule with an explination of why the two Faeyori aren't life mated anymore and it will be removed.

So you think you Faeyori are a little out of season? You may be right, our Faeyori enjoy the finer things in life so come to Nightmare Styles to spruce up their life?

Overview:
-------------
[*Clothing and hair styles only apply for any Faeyori that have no edits (including color customs).
*You may change their clothing and hair as much as you like but you must wait at least three months in between each change and pay the fee each time.
*The standard fee is 5k for each item you choose as you chose the colors (hair fee does not count for color customs but clothing does).
*If you are getting custom clothing please see the customize section for more information.
*Customizable clothing availability goes on a slot by slot basis. If you are planning to get your OC please do not use Nightmare Styles for this. You should be ordering from the Customs section instead.
