Is there a specific naming scheme or theme should follow? Like do they have a particular accent?

For example say race A has elvish sounding names while race B has more Spanish sounding names.

Am I making any sense?

There is not. :] In general, since these are races completely separate from Earth, I prefer not to give them 'real' names of any nationality on our planet and opt for pure 'fantasy', but where you go with that is up to you and your personal take on things from there on out. The results have been fairly free-range so far and unless someone does something that's clearly not in keeping with the world at play (like trying to name a character Spiderman or Billy Bob) we don't try to control you. xD

We don't have any accents... unless you want to :3 My Sueno has a country accent~ But she's the only one I rp that way.

As for naming... that's completely up to you. We've got everything from Oblivion, Suluksati, to Toki for the Khehora
And the other races have just as wide ranging names!
