I do yes. I've 'heard' that Vampire go up in rank by being active within their clan. How does one do that? I saw the Gangrel thread already, no one has posted their since 2008.

We just had a huge event involving the war between vampires, werewolves bards, Druids, Kuei-Jin, etc. That's why so many free elites were being given away.
