Welcome! Dragonflight is growing quickly and we are in need of more staff members. Three colourists and two to three managers, to be precise. The duties of these individuals are as follows:
Colourists
- One of the colourists hired will be responsible primarily for colouring firelizards (breeding and new ones) and Whers (holding Wher clutch mini-events and new ones). Dragons will be a secondary responsibility.
The other 2 colourists will be primarily a dragon colourist (customs, premades, and clutches).
If interest in contributing to Character Art (human art) please include examples of character art completed elsewhere.
Assignments are given out by SkieBorne, especially in the case of Hatchings/Clutches.
Colourists are expected to make deadlines and participate in staff meetings when they are held.
Colourists are responsible for writing and matching personalities for Whers and Dragons, though the final match is discussed among staff to be fair to all player participants.
Colourists are also responsible for their growths and must be on time, with all 3 stages done at least 3 days prior. Dragons grow every 2-4 months so there should be no problems - the workload averages 2-4 dragons per colourist per clutch.
Colourists report directly to SkieBorne.
Perk: Participation in Hatchings from an admin point of view.
Perk: A say in how the metaplot happens, including the running of events and plotting of future metaplot arcs.
Perk: One staff custom dragon, up to brown/crimson, for any one clutch.
It is expected that IC and OOC knowledge be kept strictly separate by staff members
Managers
- RP Managers are responsible for monitoring the RPs within the guild.
They also must note and moderate any events and/or issues that may arise in the RPs - breaches of cannon, disagreements among players, etc etc.
The metaplot will be a central point of this shop and the managers need to keep on top of the RPs that are happening - they are expected to note (and report) events in RPs that may affect the metaplot.
Managers will report to Tawny and Skie.
Managers are also expected to run Weyrling and Candidate Lessons alongside PC Ranked Characters
Managers are expected to run Thread Events and Shop Games in between Metaplot Arc Events.
Events will rotate between RP Managers and coordination/cooperation with colourists is both encouraged and required.

Additional notes:
- Colourist staff are welcome to take pet trades. Bribes are not allowed - the shop is 100% free. All pet trades must be confirmed via SkieBorne before anything happens and are not allowed until the colourist's first Hatching is complete.
- If non colourist staff wish for pet trades, they must find an agreeable colourist and both must still approach SkieBorne.
