Does anyone know who to ask about getting permission to use the dragon images on a different rp?

I want to use Turoth, which is my custom dragon and Syriacuth that I got in a hatching on a different dragon rp. Can I do that?

It took a while so the kidlets who won the sketches and I figured as an apology I'd post up the initial sketch pages where I got a feeling or the characters.
