Just finished reading Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro (a Japenese-British author). Really ******** me up good, man.

Has anyone else read it, or other creepy yet beautiful books about cloning, genetics, and diseases?

I read that, too! It's amazing, but I haven't really read anything like it. It's very unique, I had practically no clue until about halfway. I never tell people what it's really about because it seems like I'd be spoiling it, ha ha. It's just so calm, typical, scenic England and then this quiet but previously-building implosion of whoashitdamn. Loved it.
