It's been cleared of being a malware site, but tektek itself has a message that says it's offline.

Though right now it won't load for me... sends me an error screen...

The avatars aren't wanting to show outside of tektek, but you can see the ones you've made and possibly work on new ones (I'll be checking that in a minute when I work on an entry for another contest).
