Of course it was listed within the scrolled records somewhere, but did anyone take into heart how long has it been since Ran Shuuei took the Imperial Exams? “Aah. The Imperial Exams. It is where I met my so called best friend Kouyuu.” Even if Ri Kouyuu was not with him at that very moment, he is still wont to tease the green haired boy by claiming that they are best friends.

Time passed by and he subconsciously memorized the first day he looked after Emperor Ryuuki. The date did not matter. But surely, the weather and blossoming trees were witnesses to the fateful gathering. “Who knew back then?” Who would have told? “That I would be attached to the Emperor?” Everything was seemingly bland due to the inane fact that the Emperor was not interested in Politics.

“But everything has becoming poles apart now.”

Shuuei, the fourth oldest son of the Ran family, has found himself wandering endlessly around the Palace. But it won’t be for long until he realizes that his feet had taken him to Emperor Ryuuki’s door once again.

He gazed at his left and smelled the atmosphere. “A few months are direly short for Weddings. I am sure Shuurei is ominously stressing over this Time Limit.” He closed his eyes with a sigh. “Until the Cherry Blossoms bloom…”

And my feelings for you seem to be changing;
looking back… don't look back on me.
