Nationality (In human form)- Chinese (When she turns into water, she has no form. She just looks like water in a generic human shape)
Hair- Long and straight jet black hair, curling softly at her waist.
Body- Snow skin with a light rose hue, very petite. Her breasts are small but perky, long slender legs. Very delicate features, with a small waist.
Facial Features- Full soft rose lips, snow white skin, clear complexion, Dark brown eyes, High cheek bones. Thin eyelashes.
Clothing- Usually draped in a very thin light blue or powder snow colored kimono with long sleeves and a high thigh cut on the side. But when in the water her lower half past her navel is water or ice, and her upper half has a hazy mist around it.
Personality- Quiet and gentle, rarely seen in her human form even when upset. She tends to 'show' herself as a ripple in the water or small trickle from a stream. Qing Yuan likes to take care of the fish and water life, breaking the lines on fishing poles or unhooking fish.
