I need advice and some tips.. how can I improve??

1. Size and proportion: The chin and neck look too long for me.
2. Hair: The curling/waviness looks a bit unnatural. You could try adding more 'lines' (details for individual hair clumps / strands) and make it more random, instead of having everything go from one direction to another if you know what I mean.
The heart-shaped top of the head also makes it look a bit... different. Not sure if it's your style or what, but anyway.
