Very nice! I would make the shadowing lines more refined, either make them parallel or maybe softer... but I would mostly go towards parallel lines. Also, make sure that the facial features are aligned within the face shape (ex: face perspective)

I like how lively and textured it is smile Feel more organic (and I have a soft spot for organic, non-perfect art)

the hatch lines are kind of all over the place, a bit more scribbly than anything. perhaps if you refined them a bit it would look better.

It has some kind of weird visual appeal. I would say make your hatch lines parallel, but I feel like that's part of the weird charm.
