Edit: I just realized there are different type of fantasies. I meant RPG-fantasy.

May I also suggest something?
I mean, with the whole: "1st place picks 7 items first". 1st place is more than surely going to take all the expensive items and so on, leaving 2nd and especially 3rd with nearly nothing.
Why don't you take the top 3 expensive items (SC:A, MO & S-Pop -by marketplace average prices), let 1st place pick one of these, then another 6 items from the rest of items you listed there. That way, everyone will have a chance at one pricey item, instead of 1st place taking literally everything that's more than 2 bill.

Well, I was thinking that someone who sees better art then theirs in the contest might not be interested in trying anymore , since they know they're not going to win much anyway.
