Hrmm, reminds me of some of the art covers of Grimm's Fairy Tales comic books.
Also reminds me a bit of J. Scott Campbell but it's not him (he does thinner hourglass torsos).

It reminds me of someone else too who also does a lot of comic book pin-ups, but I can't quite touch my finger on who that is right now =( Ahhh.
