I would suggest you check out the mini shops. There are lots of avatar artists there smile

well....I do have an avatar and original character shop...
go here for the shop but it's a bit more expensive than 50 - 100 go.d

You should try the Request and Comissions forum. Though I dout you'll find anyone selling good avatar art for 50-100g sweatdrop
