I normally wouldn't be asking questions about an anime after 6 minutes of watching it, but I noticed something strange, and would like some confirmation: Are they speaking Japanese in an Italian accent? Because the inflection I keep hearing sounds very much so.

It keeps reminding me of Italy from Hetalia, which is a bit distracting.
