I've been wondering about the art... Hetalia fans?

Studio Deen got new artists and since 'A beautiful world' came out I think the characters look stunning. However i was wanting the opinions of some other fans who could maybe critique the art a little to help me with my own art pursuits???

Well, I remember the first time I saw the new stuff, I thought, "it all looks too sketchy and shiny." Though I love how they actually have newer characters, different skin tones and body types, and how it matches Hima's art style. The problem with the old anime style was that it suffered "Anime Sameness." The characters were basically the same base slightly altered to have different characteristics. Most of the silhouettes would have been the same, which is a big no-no in character design.

I always thought that France was way too shiny...... I was way wrong. Beautiful World took me by surprise and made him more shiny than he even was.
I do like the art though for the newer version, but it seems the anime is now just full of fanservice.
