How many doujinshi do you own?

Umm... I think I have...five, on my computer right now. Four of them are very short, and I have one longer one.

1. Declaration of War: A very random Naruto, SasukexGaara (o.O;; wink shounen-ai fic...I only have it because the art is really nice....

2. Sanji Yoji Goji: A random, SanjixZoro, One Piece doujin. Its got few words, but its pretty funny. The artist is the person who created FAKE, I believe...

3. Roronoa Zoro Zoro: I think the first part to Sanji Yoji Goji. Look ^

4. Jealousy: A One Piece, ZoroxLuffy shounen-ai doujin. Its pretty cheesy, but they draw Luffy so fawking cute! whee

5. Rakuen: An Inuyasha, MirokuxInuyasha yaoi doujin. Like any yaoi, its plotless and pointless, and is pretty much Miroku and Inuyasha going at it like bunnies. The art is beautiful, though, and its the first time I've EVER seen Inuyasha look remotely pretty. But its in Japanese, so I don't understand it....

i only have like 4... 3 of digimon and 1 of CCS i like them a lot but since they're in Japanese i can't read them and i don't know anyone who could read them to me sweatdrop but i like looking at them ^_^

I own 19 total. 18 are FFVII and one is a really weird Lord of the Rings doujinshi I got from Ebay.

Umm... both! Well, not always. It's usually done by fans as a complete side story, but every once in a while, you get the actual mangaka involved with doing it. It doesn't get done too much in the USA because most businesses would jump down your throat in 2 seconds, but in Japan, while yes, you are using someone else's characters, many of them either don't care, or are actually flattered that someone would do that, even if it does put their characters together in positions that weren't intended...

Much of it is adult in nature, however, there are some clean doujinshi out there too, they just can be harder to find if you don't know where to look. If you want more of the backstory on doujinshi itself, I highly recommend checking out Comic Party- an anime and manga about doujinshi! ^_^
