I have no idea what anime player is but all those anime series are awesome. Especially Gurren. 3nodding

Anime player is Gaia's stream of anime. Free anime dubs Gaia has for all to watch.
It's under the "World" tab. Right underneath the minicomics.
It has all those series in the poll. I've been meaning to watch it, to see how it works.
I kinda like it. A lot of the series are kinda nostalgic to me xp

How long have you been watching anime?

Well, since I was a wee lass, I'd been watching the Saturday morning- midweek afternoon shows like Pokemon, DB(Z)(GT), Sailormoon, Digimon, etc.
But discounting those childhood cartoons, I learned about anime in 2004, so around then. I'd say I was really watching anime in 2005.
It's just that so many of the series on the anime player are older than that.
For example, Monster. That was one of three series I watched in the beginning with my brother where we couldn't make it past the first episode.
For Monster, I didn;t like the art (that was the deciding factor for me back then), the plot confused me, and I got too creeped out.
The second, Hellsing, had art that I couldn't stand.
And the last, Gantz, had too much nudity. I didn't know what a hard-on was back then, nor for A WHILE afterwords, so I couldn't make sense of what the hell happened. Awkward thing to see with an older brother...
