According to a Japanese fansite (and some speculative fanart), we will be having Bunny-angst. And possibly a revelation of an overarching big bad (the Ouroboros group/mafia/villain type team). Some of the stuff they have about the characters are outrageously funny and interesting (such as Bunny possibly growing up following Wild Tiger which is so my canon at the moment).

But, yes, best anime to be aired for this season by far (not counting Madoka since it's technically a winter series [and it's not that awesome] and Saiyuki Gaiden as it's an OVA with no precise air-date yet [and does beat out T&B in the awesome scale but only because it's Saiyuki]).
