Rex Kobra vs [Tiger Hat] (Winner Moves On)

The following match is scheduled for one fall and the winner moves on to compete for the vacant WWFG Intercontinental Championship!

After a screeching shout, “Boy Be A Tiger” began to play, and a man dressed in orange garb walked out onto the ramp. He had two very noticeable features... An orange striped tail, and a hat shaped like a tiger... the Tora No Boushi... the TIGER HAT!

Tiger slowly made his way down to the ring, raising one arm as he looked over to his left, ignoring the jeers of the French crowd. He seemed to be in low spirits, having been media-silent since he lost his championship oppertunity, and while he appreciated being placed in the tournament it felt like a bitter-sweet consolarion prize compared to the world championship.

He increased his pace to a quick jog, making his way to the ring quickly. He missed the elephant he had ridden down to the ring on at Wrestlemania, but this show did not have that kind of budget.

When he reached the ring, he rolled under the bottom rope, pouncing to stand in the centre of the ring, raising his muscular arm, the disenchantment he felt almost contagious. He retreated to the corner with a low spin, stretching as he awaited Rex.

Tiger looked incensed as Rex walked to the ring, still bitter after his loss at Wrestlemania. They weren't enemies, merely opponents, but Tiger had not forgotten his strange cult, nor their attempted kidnapping. He was a dangerous man. He kept his eyes locked on him as he began to circle the ring, the bell tolling thrice to signal the match start.  

[Undead Superstar]

Rex had nothing but hate and fire in his eyes. This was the first time in a long time that he didn't have his sister. Because she betrayed him. His own flesh and blood had clubbed him with the tire iron. As the bell rang, he would move quick at Tiger and try to catch him with a quick and vicious and hard to the skull.  

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger was caught by the fist to the skull, not entirely ready for his opponents aggression - but not entirely surprised by it either. Stumbling back, he steered his leg backwards to steady himself, standing firm against the assault, lifting his arms to cover as he was pushed back.  

[Undead Superstar]

Rex saw only red as he unleashed his rage. After the opening softening up of Tiger, Rex would attempt to Irish Whip him to the ropes and try to nail him with a big boot on the rebound.  

[Extremist-Saint-Joey]

Tiger's arm was grabbed, and his opponent hurled him towards the ropes. Still quite fresh, he was quite prepared for Rex to try something, and managed to duck under the big boot, running through to the other side of the ring. Spinning for the second rebound, he would attempt a low dropkick to Rex' leg, hoping to take some energy out of his outburst by disabling him.

Rex snarled as his boot missed. Blinded by his fury, he turned and caught a dropkick to the leg, causing him to drop to a knee in pain. He let out another audible sound of rage as he started to rise again.

Tiger landed on his backside after hitting the dropkick, pushing himself up to his feet quickly. Trying to keep on the offense, he would try to step-up from Rex' knee, aiming to push himself into a jump, where he would aim a boot to Rex' head!

Rex was too blinded by pure rage. Too focused on thoughts of tearing his opponent apart, he didn't notice stepping up until it was too late and the boot connected sending him to the mat for the moment.
