Sure on all accounts. As far as what I've been learning? I think instead I should be saying I'm starting to remember things I've forgotten. I feel like, for awhile, especially after we got out of that cult we were in? I think I've been trying to do works in order to please God, kind of like... as if my works will earn my salvation, though I never would have said it that way. Getting joy from my performance instead of just getting joy from what Christ already did. I'm pretty much just trying to trust in Christ, which is funny because it's like, it seems trying is working: I should just trust. Sometimes, I can, and it's just like it used to be before I ever got caught up in that cult. Nevertheless, I still feel like there's a struggle in me to really just trust that Jesus DOES love me and that I can just let the good works flow from that love.

I can tell you, for several days now, when I do manage to just trust Him? I am at peace and just have joy, and whatever good works I do? They really do just flow out. Like, it's not begrudgingly doing what is right, it's just happily doing it, not because it will make God love me more but because I love God and I KNOW He loves me, that it doesn't matter how much I have messed up, even in that cult: Jesus already paid for all of it.
