About
There's only a few things you need to know about me...
1. My name isn't Zhanna. Zhanna was actually the name of a minor character for a novel proyect I was working on, but she took over my brain and decided she needed a Gaia account and Gaian clothing.
2. I'm studying English literature, I teach ESL and I am most deeply and utterly in love with the English language thankyouverymuch.
3. ... this means ALL books written in English, not just British ones. That includes: Americans, Irish, South Africans, Indians and people who just took a fancy to the language and decided to write in it.
4. I'm a serious roleplayer and I usually storytell games live. I enjoy all the old World of Darkness gameline (except Hunter: The Reckoning which I CAN'T stand.) But I am developing my own setting here in Gaia which you can check out at
Weiss Wald College5. I'm crazy about music... CRAZY I tell you... though not as crazy as my best friend (she's on Gaia, if you actually guess who she is I'll give you a cookie)
6. I have TWO grand ambitions in my life which I will not relenquish, no matter what happens. I want to live life and I want to write good books.
7. Family is not something you're born with... they are people you choose. Fortunately for me. (This means I don't leave friends easily. I've known my best friend for 15 years and counting.)
8. The Greeks were and weren't right about Love (with a capital L.) It's a daemon but you're never quite sure what kind. It's probably the strangest most wonderful, most terrible thing in this world... and... miaw...
9. ... two things you never do when you are heavily depressed: you DO NOT read Schopenhauer and you DO NOT listen to the entire Desintegration album by The Cure. That's just overdosing man.
