Hello all who may look at my humble profile. How are you all doing? Haha, Well I am currently deployed on my second tour of Iraq in the US Army. Though it isnt a fun country I still love my job and the good works I am able to do through it. As well as i get to wear a nice looking uniform. But I digress, as a civilian I am a chef! Graduated in December of 2009 with my AA certificate in Culinary arts so as a small and well very old picture for an example, is a wedding cake i made... and thats me as a cowboy. It is sad though to be deployed and not a place to cook anymore, so nose to the books and trying to keep up in terms but i fear I will need a lot of refresher when i get back! So if you live close, like how it was when i lived in the dorms, come on by and be fed! Hello. Thank you so much for the suggestion that you gave me. I really appreciate it. I love cooking and I am planning to go to a culinary school. My sister will actually send me to a culinary school because she loves my cooking. I really want to know more about cooking!

I've never made cake of any kind before. I always buy mine at a bakery. sweatdrop
But even when it's baked at a bakery.. sometimes.. it tastes dry and awful. xp

I hope to try delicious moist cake some day. The only time I ate delicious moist cake was when I was eight years old. sweatdrop
