Asalamulakum, My son was born in 2004 and I have brought him on gaia a few time because he thought it was so neat. He can read in english pretty well and a little in arabic. He fatsed 2x so far this ramadan, the whole day mashallah! He is a good boy mashallah and loves learning his deen.

In my small city there's only around 10 muslim families that attend jumma. I am a revert so theres a lot of Kufar around and in our lives but when I dragged a long time friend to a masjeed for "family day" her converted, then later we married. There are good people that aren't muslim but I do not recomend prefering kufar to muslims. Out here people think we are taitors to our country because we are white and muslim but they get over it. Most of the time people are just curious there is only 25000 muslims in my whole state so we stick out. 75% to 80% of the population here is white and mormon, lol most are blonde, so even a brunette stick out here, so you can imagine a muslim family stick out.

The kufar in most places are just ignorant, they think we worship Muhammad, SWS. Thats what I thought untill i started learning about islam. They think that muslims abuse and treat their wemon as second class citizens. I am a feminist and hijab fits that completely. Equaty, but they don't know. If we are friendly and kind, they will rember, they may not understand and might be rude at the time but they rember that one muslim guy that gave his bus seat to the dad with all those kids. Stuff like that, then they get the picture. I am not say I don't expence a bit of discrimination, because I do. BUt usually i just wave whith a huge plastic smile when i get dirty looks. So they know I know and I disagree. But with out starting fitnah.

Because we are white when my son and husband go out with out me they really don't experence discimination but I wear hijab so when we are together people sometimes aren't as generous but thats ok, I'd rather not interact with hateful people.

um .. you mean my bf , some months ago when he told me bye , i haven't talk him yet .. i don't know where is he & what is he doing .. our relation , our friendship have been gotten end , i was hardly sad, his brother & one of my classmates (he is a boy too, specialy he is a "ghaari" (someone who reads Quran with a nice sound)) they really are as my brother in the real world.. they make me feel better , specialy your playing helped me forget him (i won't forget your kindness & your praying , i will remember your kindness for ever) & i feel better, even i don't ask his brother what is he doing , his brother talk me yet but he doesn't say anything about before & we try not to talk about my bf .. i really forgotten him ^_^
