I am a demon from another dimension that occasionally meditates and travels to other dimensions possessing other peoples bodies.I have no clue why I made a gaia account.
Yeah, it basically just means 'but that's a different/another story'. Maybe it's an Aussie saying. I grew up in New Zealand and Australia, so I probably sometimes say things from both countries, lol. I'm happy to hear that your mom's second husband is a great person. My bio dad didn't do his best at all. He was a failure in both the husband and father departments, lol. We were much better off without him. He uhh, ran off with another woman when we were overseas in Africa, let's put it that way.
Oh, that's nice. I hope part 2 is just as good as the first part and that Red and her friend have lots of fun! cat_3nodding
Oh, thank you. cat_4laugh Actually, I didn't have enough Sweet Sunrise items and there are no Marketplace listings for them, so I used a couple of other things but I'm happy with how cute it turned out, tee hee! I wanted to use the new Prisma falling leaves item I just bought. Last fortnight it was the falling rain item and we had some fantastic storms irl too.
I tend to buy the Prisma items most of the time 'cause it only cost $8-10 AUD. If they come out with a pink set of cat ears and tail, I'd buy those. I've only seen the neko features in black and white so far. My avi has a pumpkin spice latte and a cute maple bacon pig friend. Lol. I like the new lips items I got at some point as well. I wish we had Thanksgiving here. I'll probably dress her up for that, maybe.
True, yes, the world can be very unfair in who gets children and who doesn't. I also try my best not to judge others, for sure. But when it's cases of clear abuse, like in the Gypsy Rose story and those shared on the channel I mentioned, then you bet I'm going to be judging those ex-parents' crimes and hoping for them to be brought to justice. But yeah, you're right, parenting is not easy and every child is different, along with every family and situation. Even every pregnancy is different. Part of what's fun about writing families and such. And I'm glad you have a fantastic mom. Me and my siblings do as well. She was single for many years after leaving my dad, but has since remarried. Although that's another kettle of fish. We've definitely all been spoiled to some extent over the years as well. Actually, speaking of mum, she is coming to visit this Friday so I have to spend tomorrow cleaning before she gets here. I wasn't well today since I was recovering from constant IBS attacks for like 2-3 days in a row. I have to get up early to take my cat, Possy to the vet tomorrow too so it'll be a longer day.
Yes, for people with disabilities where eating normally is not possible. I think I've vaguely heard of her, the name sounds familiar. It is shocking what goes on in some people's lives. I sometimes watch a channel called The Misery Machine on YouTube but it involves similar cases so I don't always watch it. The channels owners do like to raise awareness of these kinds of issues and get justice for the victims though. Some people just shouldn't be parents.
No, the IBS and the polyps or SPS are not related, unfortunately. But I'm still having video appointments with the dietitians from the hospital team so hopefully we'll be able to crack the code eventually. Right now, I am still managing the symptoms with Imodium and pain with Panadol. I can still enjoy some foods, thankfully. At least I am not on a feeding tube like some people are. Have to look at it that way.
Yeah, I have Serrated Polyposis Syndrome. So they want to keep an eye on it to prevent anything cancerous. It means polyps grow in your insides. I don't want to have to do another one but it's better than risking the chances of a polyp turning cancerous. I don't like pap smears either, they hurt. I've had it once or twice. Having some tummy trouble due to IBS today but hoping I can still have enough energy to write. Ah, okay, so that rp is still active. I have 3-4 to post on atm.
Yes, it happened on Tuesday. I am finally feeling better after a rough 2-3 days of recovery. Luckily, I don't have to have another colonoscopy for a whole year, thank God. I won't go into the details but I'm very glad it's over, lol. I have 3-4 rps to catch up on tomorrow. I drank a Dr Pepper this afternoon and got one of them posted on so 3 more left to go. Bijou is back from his Japan trip now so he should be replying soon as well.
