Your header links will appear a little messed up for people who are not logged into Gaia and are browsing with Chrome. (Works fine with Firefox.) Here is a screenshot of what I mean.

The code that you seek is added by default to every v2 profile, so it's only in v1 that it must be manually added when the CSS for the theme is customized. Check this thread here for the code itself and additional information. Just copy and paste it into your theme override box after your custom codes for the header. You might need to change a few things, but it should work.
