I came across one of Miyavi's live shows on YouTube... I watched one of his videos because someone on a forum said, "Miyavi sooo looks like he's lip-synching in this concert!" and I watched it and one minute into the clip, I realized, "This is a japanese singer!"

And since I wasn't into J-Rock, I ignored the video and forgot about it... then a couple of years later..I went to a Family Values concert a while ago to go see Korn only, not really thinking about seeing anyone else but them because I grew up listening to Korn so I love those guys naturally...

So I'm somewhere near the front and I watch Dir en Grey play because they're in the concert as well... and I thought it was weird that there was a Japanese band up there singing in Japanese... in California! o___o

And just when I thought that was weird, I see Kyo rip and tear at the corners of his mouth and get blood everywhere on his face and on his chest...

I was so freaked out. O____O

So later, I tell my friend about what I saw... it takes me a couple of months, but after I bought the DVD to the concert I went to and watched Dir en Grey again... it made me wonder about Japanese rock..

So I look them up on the internet... and watched some videos... and I really liked it! 8D

Then I went back to see Miyavi again, and being more open-minded about it, I watched everything about him.

Yeah! I want to see some PV's with them... And I have my fingers crossed that there will be some fanservice done between Miyavi and Gackt.



BUT OMFG YES.

Something about Kyo slicing himself up and harming his body onstage is sooo attractive.

They couldn't possibly understand~!
