I recently found out that I can fall asleep while listening to screamo biggrin DD I like to have a small very close group of friendz...but I dont mind having alot friendz, which I do but Im closer to the onez that arent afraid to be themselfz. Ive grown very close with all of my friendz n' do not want ANYONE messing with them....at the moment...I dont feel that threatz are nessary so I wont make any. I think loyality iz one of the most important thingz in a friendship, because Im a loyal person myself and wld like the loyality in return. My friendz are who they are n' so I'm not expecting them to be anyone but themselfz...I really just want them to know that even if we were eVeR to get into a disagreement which sometimez for really stupid reasonz it will tend us to part for a period of time,...I will aLwAyZ be there for you guyz n' anytime you just need someone to tlk to I'm just a phone call away<3 I care about all of you guyz alot n' each n' every one of you has a very special spot in my heart that will never belong to anyone but you<3...like i alwayz say "Once a freind alwayz a friend"...thatz the way it goes in my book<3 But I'm being cOmPlEtLy hOnEsT n' I really wouldn't be taking the time to type thiz if it waznt worth my time, n' I just kinda wanted to let you guyz know that your never alone...cuz I'll alwayz be there for you<3 Unfortunatly thatz just one thing out of like..lol..zIlLiOnZ of thingz that I want you to know...*sigh*...but yea so...I love you guyz, n' plz dont ever change for anyone but yourselfz cuz I love each n' everyone of you guyz for who you are...n' I understand that ppl change..n' they come n' they go...but I'll alwayz support you guyz in everything it iz that you chose to do...but I would hope that if I were to give you my opinion on something, or even if i just wanted to let you know what I think about your decision about something that you would care enough to listen n' take to heart what I had to say...I dont tell you guyz thingz to upset you,...I only tell you because I care about you guyz<3...(wow..I think that I kinda said that like a hundred timez already)I love you guyz n' thankz for everything biggrin I not to long ago went through something in my life that made me feel that I can never really trust anyone but myself....n' to be honest...I think that I already knew it at the time,...I just didnt want it to be true...i guess...but the storyz to long...soOo...yea I bArLeY see my dad, he livez 100milez away from me n' I think Ive seen him like what 3-4 timez topz....but I guess I dont really care:// I like to believe that I am truly uNiQuE n' I can gaurantee you that you will nEvEr find another person out there thatz just like me. I dOnt let people push me around,..so dont try it...I'll just end up owning yer' a** in the end. Music iz my eVeRyThInG. I love being able to hang out with my friendz, I love them all to death and will alwayz be there for them if they need me. I'm vErY athletic, and I love all sportz. One of my dreamz iz to become a perfessional Volleyball player biggrin Give me a reason to speek with wisdom beyond my yearz,...n' I will. I've alwayz been a sucker fer' gentlemen. I hAtE mEaT!!!...uGh!...it makez me wanna puke. I tend to be very forgiving,...but just because I forgive you,...that doesnt mean that I forget. I've alwayz wanted a friend named Spud. I WaNt A sUfAcE hIp PeIrCiNg LiKe ReAlLy BaDly xDDD. I'm very care-free, I'm laid back....I dont ever really get angry..and if I do ever have any ounce of it in me...it just sorta dissapearz...lol, I guess you could say that. I like blood....*gigglez*...dont ask me why tho, cuz I dont really know why...I just do^_^. I think that dating iz a waste of time....n' unless some rEaLly amazing dude comez along n' makez me change my mind..(*ahem*..which iz probally never going to happen), Im alwayz going to look at it that way. I would never dare take a look at someone n' assume that I know them...ik people do really do that tho...but I personally think that itz stupid. I will take the time to get to know you...tho whether you know it or not,...I can figure out just by observing you whether or not id be interested. I wont judge you unless you give me a good reason to. Do your best not to make a bad first impression when around me,....cuz I dO pay attention...it doesnt even really matter whether yer' talking to me or not,...if I hear it...Im gunna listen..n' I will remember. I guess I tend to "down myself alot",...so people have told me...then they also say "You dont realize how great of a person you are"...n' "Omg Aaliyah,...are you serious? Yer' gorgeous, you really dont give yourself enough credit"....*sigh*...tell me what you want to,...but Im only going to believe myself. I've never thought of myself of being pretty, beautiful/utsukushii, gorgeous, stunning, or even average...soOo...I mean..feel free to argue with me,..ha but i'll win.^_^ To me,...it doesnt matter what type of religion you follow, where your from,...or any of that crap...just be who you know you truly are,...so that I can like you for you. I've nEvEr tried to be anyone but myself,..n' thatz all I ever have been. I'm very happy with who I am, and I'M NEVER GOING TO CHANGE FOR ANYONE BUT MYSELF. Love me, or hate me,...I could really care less. Your opinion iznt needed,...n' it never waz. I get along with everyone People who dont like me or "hate" me,...are the people who tHiNk they know me,...but trust me...they dont. As a matter of fact,...You could spend a wHoLe LiFeTiMe with me n' still have no idea who I truly am. If theres one thing I hate about ppl itz that they judge other people just by looking at them, it pissez me off so dont do it. O n' the number one thing you should know about me, iz that I hAtE lAbLeZ!!! Like seriously tho,..you can go right ahead in place me in any ******** category that you want to...therez nothing I can do to stop you, but just know that I will nEvEr truly belong under the stupid lable that yOu decided waz right for me.

Lack of Sleep
Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep. It is a common sleep problem that most people experience at least occasionally. When it occurs, people feel tired much of the time and often worry a lot about not getting enough sleep. Consequently, insomnia often disrupts daily life.
