Why hello there, kind stranger! You can call me Faerdin Eilrua. I have been a member of Gaia Online for some five or six years now and only just returned from a long hiatus. It has been strange since I returned to find that zOMG! is missing and so many of the people I once knew have long since moved on, but I'm still enjoying myself on the Forums with all you fine people. With the regrettable decline of zOMG! still strong in my mind, I have since dedicated my attentions to the debatable successor in Lake Kindred. You can find me in the Lake Kindred Forum, more often than not managing my General Store for all your Kin and alchemical needs. Why don't you stop by sometime, stranger?Along with frequenting Gaia, I have a love for the arts. Singing, writing, performing -- they are the epitome of self-expression and I dabble quite a bit in all of them. My main foci in writing are lyrical poetry and fanfiction for the Artix Entertainment game DragonFable, as well as Transcendental narratives, though I've had scant time to dabble in any of them as of late. Hopefully I may soon be able to return to my craft. I will quote a scrap of my poetry below for you to read, if you so wish. But my love that eclipses all else is that for my darling lady, Aurauris. She is my pride and joy, and she keeps me moving forward when no one else is able. If you read this, love, you are my moon and my stars, my light in the darkness. <3

Nooses
The cords of concrete cross our wounded land
Like iron chains around a convict's wrists,
Choking His influence and all that which consists
Of divine power: trees and captive hand.
Alike they're coaxed to drink of smoke and stand
Alone, apart in ancient shackles 'midst
A blackened sky. Their life, our life is kissed
By His unconditional lips- desist!
We shirk His touch before our foul desires.
We reek of greed, shallow and unfeeling,
And seek to mock ourselves with sparse spruces.
It poisons our land, ourselves, all pyres
Of our lost souls- not some foolish, reeling
Specter of grandeur. They are our nooses.
