On the Apush topic, I probably remember the past few lessons from the past weeks, but I totally forgot the information revolving around colonization. So I'm going to do some last minute studying for both the Finals and the AP Exam. You're probably more prepared due to the fact that you're a junior. I'M JUST A SOPHOMORE! My weak and immature brain can't handle an exam of that magnitude X_X I'm going to spaz during the test! Yeah, I hope my team does well next year (even if we're losing three of our best players to Graduation). Well, I can think of multiple reasons why I don't need to be a drum major. EX: If i become drum major, the trombone section will be led by a merely speaking English Asian who blasts EVERY note and a girl who can't control her emotions (mostly sadness, not anger). Well, what's so bad about non-competitiveness? xp Alright, so your school is the only competitive marching band. That only means that you don't have competition in your area. Gives you some breathing room. You'll survive. Haha sucks for you. After Festival (LGPE [Large Group Performance Evaluation]), we just go straight to Spring Concert. We make requests, and our directer comes into terms with us. We're soo intense with Star Wars Episode 3 that Stuart (tha MAN) brings the DVD to band class every day for good luck. The bad thing is that it is a grade 8. Curse John Williams for making catchy music like Superman and Star Wars extremely hard.

CHILL OUT

for at least a minute. don't think about school, band, personal conflicts. Just think about the #1 thing in your life.
When I want to chill out, I just put in my earphones and listen to my "Calm and Chill" playlist (songs w/ slow beats, backdrop orchestra, & meaningful lyrics).
Congrat's on going to prom! I've heard a lot of stuff about prom, and I'm kinda deciding if I want to go to any of the next two proms. It just doesn't interest me, but I'm glad that you had fun!
Happy Easter to you as well. Hope that all of your activities on this wonderful day go perfect. I've ended my Easter day, and it was pretty good! User Image

Haha, glad that you enjoyed it! My life has been a little complicated. It goes into three sections 1)School 2)Soccer 3)Band. and when you put them together, they blow up into a big mess of no sleep and a bunch of stress.
1) AP US History is pushing me to the edge! I've completed a practice AP US History exam, and I could not remember my teacher teaching me any of the info on the practice exam. I'm paying $87 for an exam that I have a good chance of failing. Now to prepare us for the exam, he is making us find definitions for fifty+ words every week. To tag along with that, he gives us a sheet with fifty court cases and requires us to find the causes of each and every one of them. I'm also competing to become Valedictorian, but I've been lazy the past few weeks. So my grades have dropped a bit.
2) So for our last game of the season (which was also Senior Night), we actually played like a team instead of individual superstars (sarcasm). We beat the number 2 team in Georgia, and we're #18 in Georgia. I now have two scars located on my hip and my shin. That was our fourth win out of eleven games. neutral I guess the threats from the coach actually worked.
3) So soccer prevented me to participate in Drum Major auditions, so I can say good bye to that dream. I also tried out for officer positions in our band (11th grade representative, Section Leader, and Band Captain), but I don't know if I'm on the good side or bad side of our band director. I make funny jokes, and we have conversations sometimes. Yet, I feel like he's disappointed in me playing wise. And also, there is a REALLY good chance that I won't get any of those positions. But the bright side is that we're playing Star Wars Episode III for Spring Concert. EPIC!
haha, I also got invited to prom, but my prom date had to work that night. super sucked!
