Gemnites, a new brand of changing pet for a new kind of customer. Gemnites are creatures that are born with a certain gem imbeded in them that gives them power. Humans have stumbled into the Gemnite World and learned how to capture and tame this strange power. Now, a struggle for the right to rule this world has started and no person or Gemnite is imune to the wars that will ensue.....
(( Really crappy, quickly done sample. We will be posting up better sample images soon. Just to give you all a quick little idea. ^_^ ))
Gemnite World hopes to eventually start a website to host all of this, but for now- we are content with using Gaia as our 'beta test.' We are currently hiring, both for long and short term. Right now, pay is in Gaia gold/items. Once we get an actual website and the such, anyone wishing to stay on as an actual worker will have to fill out the apropriate paperwork. Let's not worry about that just yet, right?

Now Hiring the following:
Managers
-Gemnite Secondary Manager
---The GSM will help to oversee all other managers and ensure that everything is running smoothly and on schedule. The GSM reports directly to the Gemnite Manager: Blackhorn- the Legend
-Thread Manager
---The TM ensures that the thread is well organized and has all the required information. The TM updates the thread when new material is presented to him/her/them. The TM reports to the GSM and the GM.
-Art Manager
---The AM assigns specific tasks to the artists and makes sure that all art is at the highest level before being placed in the thread or sent to a client. The AM reports to the TM, the GSM and the GM.
-Coding Manager
---The CM looks over all coding for the pets and (later) the site to ensure that there are no mistakes. They also suggest or bring attention to any new coding that should be used in the pets and (later) the site.
Artists
-Gemnite Artists
---The GAs are the wonderful and talented artists that will make this project come alive. They first sketch out a rough draft of either their own ideas, or based on the Concept Designers ideas, of the Gemnites. These sketches are presented to the Art Manager and finally the GSM and GM for aproval. They also will create any of the items for the shops, and draw the shopkeepers. Only those with high talent need apply. Samples a must!!
-Concept Designers
---The CD helps further develop ideas presented by others for the Gemnite World. They make the base ideas for some of the art (such as the Gemnites) and even for what should be added to the thread. They present their ideas firtst to the TM and GM, then present the ideas to the apropriate worker. Creativity a must!!! No major art talent needed.
-Banners
---These people put together the banners for both the Titles of posts, the advretisements, and (later) the site. Creativity and artistic skills on the computer (or at least a scanner) a must!!!
-Advertising
---Advertisers are in charge of finding better ways to recruit for Gemnite World, both for workers and for customers. They are also in charge of overseeing advertisment banners and are welcome to create banners as well (but not required). They also help get more gold (money later) for the mule to help pay workers.
Coders
-Gemnite Coders
---GCs must be able to code!! We need people who are able to create the coding for the interactive pets! This includes doing research to help us start getting codes ready for when we move to our own site (eventually). CODING EXPERIANCE AND KNOWLEDGE A MUST!!!!!!!!
-Site Coders
---Site coders, while not yet really needed (until we get our own domain) must be able to code in PHP (amoung other things). The Gemnite World website (while connected to Gaia) must be interactive and will require talented and complex coding. More details as we need them. CODING EXPERIANCE AND KNOWLEDGE A MUST!!!!!!!!
Other
-Treasuror
---The Treasuror is in charge of alotting the appropriate gold to the workers and ensuring that our budget is balanced. He/she reports to the GM only. Must have refrences for honesty and work ethic check!! We MUST be able to trust you!!
