You're a CNA? That's pretty sweet. Very challenging work. I bet you've got some great stories to tell. xd I totally hear you about the meetings. They always want every employee to hear and care about every detail of everything, regardless of whether or not it's relevant to your work. When I was working tech support, every time there was a new product, we'd have a meeting, which you'd think would be sensible, but instead of talking about what could go wrong in setup, possible faults, maybe even things customers might misunderstand about the product (based on their ridic advertising), they'd just be marketing the thing to us, the people who face the worst side of their products every day. emotion_facepalm rofl Then we'd be sent to the phones blind to discover and deal with the new issues. emotion_skull

Potty training is going better than I expected actually. I have a tendency to catastrophize things in my head until I'm in the middle of it and like "ok, I guess I can handle this." Lol. Friend is just a bit over-ambitious I think. I'm just a smug jerk 'cause her lo is 8 mos. younger and she was giving me crap for not p.t. when she started. rofl I think it was just a misery loves company situation.

I hope you do get some time to yourself. heart It's hard to keep up with life stuff when you have a demanding job like that. When you get home, you just want to be -not- doing things. I can totally relate. lol sweatdrop

Thank you! heart Too much actually. Lol gonk Started potty training with our 3 y.o. It's going pretty well actually. Glad we waited until she could communicate somewhat. A friend of ours started right at two and is still struggling with it a year later. lol Updated my resume, working on a portfolio. Trying to find a non-gig/ contract, regular-degular 9-5 type job. All the dev positions I see want for a bachelors degree minimum tho, when I started work right after I got my associates. I have 8 years experience now tho. Should count for something. xp I'm just hoping if I can prove my skills with the portfolio and contract history, ppl will overlook the lacking education papers and student loan debt. rofl What have you been up to?
