I don't blame you. He shouldn't be with her. She's a b***h and a horrible excuse for a mother/person. He should take the kid (for the kid's own good) and break up with her.

Then she needs to KICK them out. If they won't listen, take it to the next step. They seem to have expired all the other steps.

Yeah, she's an idiot. If she isn't watching her kid, she isn't watching her kid. Saying she is doesn't change that.

Now that's a bit extreme. They need to be kicked out if they're gonna do that s**t. Or they need to replace it.
You should have your mom tell them, since she seems to be the one in charge. Even if her son is involved.

I've read it a bunch of times since the seventh book came out, and it just gets better.

Oh, Prince Caspian was good.
I really liked the actor who played the Prince.
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is coming out this Christmas, I'm so excited.

Oh yeah, the using (up) stuff I completley understand. Roommates. They don't replace it either, nor am I told when it's low.
I've just kinda accepted it. But the house thing...someone NEEDS to put their foot down...or up her a**...

Now THAT is something the parents need to teach. Or just let the cat claw the kid up. My cat clawed me up when I was little. I never pulled his tail again.
I would recommend telling her the cat is gonna claw him up if the kid keeps up. If she says something about needing to control the cat, tell her to control her kid or you'll call the cops and SPCA on her kid.

Wow. Honestly, she seems like a total b***h. She's just getting on you to make herself feel better about how much of a lady-tool she is.

You shouldn't have to live in hiding though. If you pay the bills, you need to be able to use and freely walk the house as you please. As for going places with her, I wouldn't either. She's a b***h for even asking. (In case it really needed more clarification.)

Oh, so she did call the police. Okay then. Even if nothing happened THIS time, a few more calls and they'll have to intervene.
At least you have your mom on your side through all of this. As for your brother...well...I dunno. I suppose him keeping his nose out of it helps keep things smooth for him, though he is dating a horrible excuse for a person. I really hate people that purposely put other people down to make themselves feel better. Makes me want to smash their face in. (Of course I don't strike women, but I'd make it hell for her.)

Either way, if her 'kid stole it' and she knows about it, she's supposed to give it back.
Tell her that. She won;t have anything to say, knowing that she took it.
If that doesn't work, you can file a report. Honestly, she doesn't sound like a very good person for your brother to be with...
And tell your bro. See what he thinks.
