Well, the last surgery I had was pretty dramatic...three pints of blood lost, catheter was given, woke up with a ventilator twice more than I should have, insanely high heart rate...not so much gory, though.

Well, I've spent maybe a combined total of two weeks in the hospital for all this stuff...but that was three years and one year ago.

Chest tube removals, catheter insertion (the numbing agent did not work), waking up with a ventilator twice more than I should have...oh, those were the days...

Blisters on the outside of them (called "Blebs" wink popped, causing air to leak into the chest cavity. I've had three surgeries done on them! =D

I once pushed the hot end of a car cigarette lighter on my thumb, unaware of what the orange end was...my thumb had a funny look and I had no idea it was burned...my parents started panicking, though...
